Born in Wurzburg, Germany, having traveled abroad,this multi-lingual speaking Bavarian (maiden name, Beilharz) says her native tongue is the language of food and that Christ is her Lord and "BREAD OF LIFE".

Being well versed in International Cuisine from a variety of cultures with a French Nouveau style, she specializes in multi-course chef's tastings, recipe, menu & product developement using her own custom blended curries, pestos, sauces and seasonings.  

Sharing "The Spice of Life"  with an OLD WORLD German B & B with Culinary Classes, Chef Jacque' and Norman Rudman are living the good life.  Together they are full-filling a passion to own their ABENDMAHL INN for culinary vacation stays which is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country of Fredericksburg.
